27/10/2017 ÿú Adrenaline surges that last a few seconds and are triggered by things that don't even cause anxiety ??? Like just looking at something random and boom adrenaline surge. I'm so confused and they happen all day, 01/06/2008 ÿú I think it has to do with the fact that if we have a chemical imbalance (anxiety), that the body produces excess adrenaline hormone in regular stress situations, which also causes physiological symptoms, fast heartbeat, sweating, pounding chest, feeling delusional etc.
so what B-complex does is regulate nervous system, at least control the symptoms of the chemical imbalance product at the source.
Again, I doubt you're really having adrenaline surges , but maybe you do have a weak adrenal gland for some other reason. The adrenal gland does go into overdrive when you have a full fledged anxiety attack, called the fight or flight response, but that's not the same as agitation or nervousness.
But over time, persistent surges of adrenaline can damage your blood vessels, increase your blood pressure, and elevate your risk of heart attacks or stroke. It can also result in anxiety, weight.
